Job Title: Real Estate Attorney
Location: El Segundo, CA (HYBRID)
Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 Base Salary (Commensurate with experience) plus Bonus Plans + 401k Matching + Comprehensive benefits

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in either commercial real estate or residential real estate, with a strong understanding of the legal intricacies involved in property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on property transactions.
- Advise clients on legal issues related to real estate transactions, including zoning, land use, and environmental regulations.
- Represent clients in real estate disputes and litigation.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure comprehensive legal support.
- Stay updated on current real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in California.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate law, with a focus on commercial and/or residential real estate.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Proven track record of successful real estate litigation.
